Serving the City
Jesus defined his mission as "good news to the poor," bringing hope to the hurting and healing to the broken. As followers of Jesus we want to demonstrate that life-transforming message by serving the city of Nottingham. Therefore we have a range of ministries set up to help those in need.
Soup Run
We have a team of people who go into Nottingham city centre to provide food, drinks and other essential items to those on the street.
English Lessons
We provide free ladies' English lessons in Hyson Green Community Centre, and have a team of people who meet up with men and ladies wanting to improve their conversational English.
Money Management
From the summer we will be launching CAP Money, a free money management service in partnership with Christians Against Poverty.
International Students
We run social events for International Students, and seek to link them up with families in the church, so they can get to know people and enjoy their time in the UK.
Into the Community
We help out with and run, local community events in Nottingham.
LifeShapers
Through the Lifeshapers programme we seek to help those with addictions and life-controlling problems to be set free and receive healing.
