Loving Jesus, Loving Nottingham, Loving teenagers
We are the older end of the youth work and cater for all aged 12-18. There is loads going on and we love meeting together. We appreciate the teenage years can be tough and really want our young people to enjoy themselves and get to know God better. We also have weekends away and a summer youth camp every year, ‘Newday’ where we join with 7000 other teenagers.
Friday nights in the city
There is only one place to be on a Friday night and that’s Identity. We meet right in the heart of the city at the Ministry from 7:30-9:30pm. It’s a time for fun, playstation and Wii, chilling out on giant beanbags, tuck shop, crazy challenges (often messy), pool, table tennis and much more. It’s the place to get to know other teenagers, hang out and enjoy yourself. There is always a God slot where one of the leaders will tell a bit of their own story about how Jesus has changed their life.
Sunday Revelation
Every Sunday afternoon, 4:30-6:30pm we meet together in the Ministry to explore our relationship with God. There is space for bible study, worship, prayer and discipleship. It is a really relaxed atmosphere. Our aim is to equip our young people and encourage all God wants to do in their lives.
